Maytag Mountain Ranch is an agricultural preservation community.  The ranch offers 100-acre homesteads that fit in harmony with the landscape, have high level of amenities, including cattle and horse herds.  The ranch management plan assures that the land will be managed properly, never overgrazed or ecologically damaged.  Your clients can be as involved in the daily operation of the ranch as they want.  When in residence, they can work the cattle and horse herds, help with the irrigation system, or work the garden.  The best part is, when they go home or on vacation, a staff of full-time ranch managers are on hand, so they can leave the ranch, worry free! 

First and foremost, the sales staff at Maytag Mountain Ranch wants you to rest assured, that your clients will be treated in a professional manner.  You can accompany your client for a ranch tour, or simply send them to the ranch for a tour with Russ Maytag and myself. Your relationship with your client and your commission are protected.  Simply fill out the Client Registration Form and submit. I will confirm that I received it and set up a time for your client to tour the ranch.

Please keep in mind we pay a 3% selling broker commission along with a $10,000 bonus for any Homestead put under contract and closed by December 31, 2009.
